Philosophy of the Missions Team at TCC:

A. A significant goal of our Missions Team shall be to make disciples and to plant churches among the unconverted in cultures and people groups where most people have yet to hear the gospel and where there is no viable church.

B. The Missions Team of TCC shall strive to provide fuller support and oversight for its missionaries, instead of providing minimal amounts of support to greater number of missionaries

C. The Missions Team of TCC shall make a concentrated effort to minister with and through indigenous people in other cultures, not over them.
